Welcome to J. Levering Art

I think Gollum (Lord of the Rings) is a really interesting character, both to watch & to draw. He has a great, complex story. This drawing is done with colored pencils, in shades of red. I used blues & purples for the undertones to add depth to his face. I chose these colors (as opposed to blue) to show another aspect of his nature- his ANGER. It measures 14"x17".
